Because the temperatures in the US are currently at or above 70F, we are not able to ship using our regular packaging. If the warm locations are within 2 days shipping from our location, the cost for shipping will be $25 - this cost includes the insulation and ice packs. If it's to a location greater than 2 days away, you can call us and we may be able to use insulated packaging for an additional charge. If you're a gambler and are OK with us sending it without insulation for our normal flat rate of $12.95, we can do that too when you call. Unfortunately, we have no control over the weather or the fact that chocolate melts. And although we'd love to offer "free" shipping, there really is no such thing - no matter how we beg, FedEx and UPS still charge us to get your treats to you and we can't absorb that cost like the giant retailers can.
