Emma's English Toffee with Dark Chocolate uses the same great toffee as in The Dangerous Stuff, but we coat the toffee with just our dark chocolate and then top with diced almonds. Our dark chocolate has just the right amount of cocoa without being bitter. It's one of the finest semisweet chocolates and it pairs perfectly with our English toffee.
I think this is the Toffee House's the best product. I have purchased many pounds of Emma's toffee. I think it was named after Emma when she would break the chocolate & nut covered toffee into pieces with her little hands and make it ready to be packaged. She, and her hands, probably aren't so little anymore.
